Only 2000 Made in Turkey by Pasabahce Magazalari, a Turkish glassware company, this piece is from their “History-Culture-Glass Collection. The Troy Two Handed Vase took its form from the handled cups (depas*)specific to Troy and the vase is decorated with relief patterns representing gold jewelry from the Troy treasure in covered from the ancient city. It is produced from handmade dark blue and black powdered glass and all of the relief patterns on it are decorated using gold and antique paints. *depas - originating in Western Anatolia 12” tall x 6” across top and 3” wide at bottom Limited Edition #406 This is a rare find and is numbered on the bottom.
