Parsley & Sage double layered floral mini dress/tunic tank top

Parsley & Sage double layered floral mini dress. Or could be worn as a longer tank top. Size medium I am wearing this dress for reference : 5’9 1/2” tall and 130 lbs. 34 B cup. Worth mentioning stats because this is too large for me in the armpit area so more weight or bigger bust will fit better. Micro polka dot underneath layer Chiffon flowy floral (peonies, cherry blossoms) top layer . In great pre owned condition with a couple of things to notate . One small spot INSIDE the dress (this does not show when worn) and a couple of small flubs in the chiffon fabric . See final photos for detail.
