Parsley

This is curly leaf parsley and is considered an herb, a vegetable, and a spice. The leaves will season almost any dish. Potatoes, soups, pastas, salads and many more. Parsley is a member of the carrot family. The leaves contain chlorophyll and makes a wonderful breath freshener. The flavor is celery like and is a nice fresh scent. I like to add it to lots of dishes just for the color it added to food also.
