Pretty navy and white strappy dress with beautiful eyelet/dot detail. Smocked in back that zips up for a flattering, exact fit in the bodice. Adjustable thin straps and a sweetheart neckline. Bodice is decorated with many little eyelet dots while skirt has embroidered eyelet dots in patterns. This dress is a classic piece and made with the quality you have come to expect from Parker dresses. The lining under the skirt is short enough that the eyelet design shows light through as you move.
