Parker Strapless Ruffle Mini Dress, size large

Super cute little wiggle dress from Parker. Off-the-shoulder style, with a ruffled layer at the top. Colorful floral pattern with hot pink accents. Really fun and easy. Tag is size large, but it doesn’t have much stretch and fits more like a medium in my opinion. Would probably work best for someone with a larger chest size and smaller waist. Take this on a cruise, wear it to homecoming, or take it dancing. It’s adorable! Bust: 18in Waist: 25 in  Length: 27in
