Parker Bodycon Halter Midi Dress

This dress is a beauty. Minimal wear. I think it will fit best on a woman with a smaller waist and larger bust. Falls just above the knee (height and curves could make shorter). The color is a gorgeous cobalt blue. There are contrasting stitch between the side seem and front and trim. As seen in photos.
