Papyrus Egyptian Art

Two portraits of famous Egyptian queens: Cleopatra and Nefertiti. The outlines are screen printed and the color is hand painted. Papyrus paper making started around 2900 BC and almost became obsolete by 1970. Business Insider recently did a piece about how this craft is at risk again.
