Pappagallo Fit & Flare‎ Blue and White Striped Nautical Dress with Sash

Blue and white nautical/seersucker striped dress with removable sash. Dress has a slip layer underneath and a zip back closing. Dress is in very good condition, but is missing the hook and eye at the top of the back zipper.
