Pappagallo Erika Flutter Sleeve Tropical Mini-dress

This dress is much brighter than in the stock photos! Lilly Pullitzer inspired colors and pattern! It is pretty and feminine in pinks, greens and yellow! I'm not sure whether to call this a shift or an A-line... it's kind of in between... but it's a flattering silhouette, with fluttery tiered ruffles on the sleeves. Armpit to armpit 18" Length from shoulder 38" Excellent pre-owned condition, no visible flaws.
