Papillon Purse Akihiro Domen Art Deco Harlequin Hand Embroidered Silk Handbag Striking Art Deco influenced vintage bag with a harlequin pattern inset and hand embroidery. This bag is labeled Papillon by Akihiro Domen. The silk or polysilk bag is purple on one side with a harlequin pattern in navy blue, green and pink on the other side. There are handstitched flowers and vines on the purse and some abstract elements. The purse fastens with a magnetic snap. There is a small zippered pouch on the inside. The purse is lined in a maroon red color. The purse is 19" across at the widest point and 11.5" tall at the highest point. The handle drop is 20", long enough to be a crossbody. The purse is in very good condition! Great for being a 20+ year old vintage 90's item! Small stain on the front, hard to see pointed out. Black distressing on strap.
