Papell Boutique Brown and Blue Embroidered Gown

Vintage pappel boutique dress with a beaded brown silk overlay. She is a size 10 which is a medium, I have attached a picture displaying a small defect that is a tiny hole not really visible unless upclose. She is in pre-owned vintage condition. These dresses sell for upwards of $350-500 dollars, therefore, I will not be accepting any offers.
