Paolo Mattei ruffled heels (silver, size 39)

I bought these shoes to wear on Valentine's Day 2020. Sadly, the weather was way too cold, and I didn't end up wearing them. Then the pandemic started and.... these shoes were carefully tucked away on a high shelf in my closet, where they have remained to this day. When I first bought them, I did try them on and walk around on hardwood floors, which is why you the soles have some marks. However, they have never been worn outside. I ordered the shoes from Anthropologie, and the brand is Paolo Mattei. The shoes feature a 3-inch heel. They are open toe, and they fasten with a strap around the ankle.
