These are a very nice pair of Brooks Brothers flat front trousers. They are from their "Madison" line which is a classic fit and are made in the USA. As you can see they have never been worn or even hemmed. They are a 38" waist, brown in color, and 100% wool. I comfortably wear 36 in dress pants and resorted to buying these in 38 for my thighs. As is the case mentioned in my past two offerings, I look to support made in USA products and buy quality merchandise. I am selling these, originally priced $448., for $200.

japemo62@vintagecox oh, not flannel or heavy wool. These are meant for the office or any other business or dress function. Not altered. I wear a 34 in jeans and and usually 36 in dress slacks but got 38 in these to accomodate my hips/glutes/thighs.

Can you describe the color, as they look gray but you checked the brown box on the description? 4. That there are no flaws, stains or odors. 5. That they have not been altered. Thanks
