marialambros@harperinspired hi lovely! The legs of these pants are stretchy, but tight fit like leggings.. I guess it depends on your build but if they do fit they will be skin tight and I would say they probably fit like an 8/10 more likely. I would say I'm about a 12 right now and they didn't quite button when I tried them on for reference. I might be a 14, I haven't been shopping in a long time and my weight has yoyo-ed all my life (finally losing yay) and so I don't know my exact size at the moment.
