Panhandle Western Style Dress Size M Cotton Lacey Blue Midi Retro

Panhandle vintage women's dress, size Medium. Please note that the size tag says XL, but the measurements fit more like a modern-day medium. Please compare measurements to personal fitment before purchase. It has a western/cowgirl style to it. Features short lacey sleeves with a scoop neck, elastic stretchy waist, and a knee/mid-length in the front. It has a slightly longer scoop length in the back. Also has two side pockets. It's been worn a few times but still in great condition. The only fault is a very light yellow stain on the front that is barely noticeable.
