Nope, it doesn't have a chain but it's not a big deal if you know how to add chain at either end to turn the piece into a necklace. From Pandora, here's a small heart shaped centerpiece filled with clear Cubic Zirconia/CZ gems to the front. As you can see, the reverse bears the Pandora logo. Size is 5/8" wide x 9/16" high. Weight is 1.6 grams. Just too cute!
