Pampered Chef Ultimate Slice & Grate Mandoline, model 1085.  This is a versatile manual food slicer and grater that comes with a set of four blades for slicing and grating, including a cheese grater.  The four blades store into slots on the side of the mandolin. Also comes with a finger guard that holds your food against the mandolin safely. The finger guard hangs from a hook at the top of the mandolin for storage. The mandolin is made of plastic and it is dishwasher safe.  It's designed for slicing and grating various foods like vegetables, fruits, cheese. Place the mandolin over a bowl using the notched feet on the bottom and slice your food directly into the bowl! One of the blades has a small crack as noted with the blue circle. Super clean!
