Palissy England Biscuit Jar, Floral Pattern with Hummingbird

Beautiful, vivid colors in this delicate floral pattern with hummingbird. Metal rim and handle with stamp F.P.N. (no lid). Measures about 6 1/2" T. There is a raised line that seems to be factory, but appears as a crack - I don't believe it would affect being water tight (after washing there was no discoloration as there would be with a crack) - see last 2 photos. Lovely as decoration, but would be great with some flowers or a plant.
