Pale Blue Statement Necklace Hand Crafted

This is very pretty and looks like hand crafted sterling but it may not be. Could be plate. The stones are definitely glass but the overall look is rich looking. 19” no reaction to magnet and honestly, this is not heavy. It doesn’t look to me like plate because I don’t see pooling. You can see the solder. I thought this was a nice fake piece, right? And this is a great price
