Paisley Wrap Skirt

This was originally a skirt that zipped up on the side. I took out the zipper and was able to add two straps to turn into a wrap skirt so there is more leeway for sizing. both straps added are 23in long. Skirt is 35in long, 23in waist when closed completely. Would love to keep it, but I cannot my it fit my waist, even being a wrap skirt now. See photos for the styling I had in mind. Coin skirt not included.
