Paisley Smocked Bustier Mini-Dress

Blue/yellow/orange paisley print bustier dress features lightly padded cups, adjustable straps, and smocking on the back of the bodice. The skirt is gathered at the waistline and flares into a full and flirty mini skirt. No tags, best for a size small. I am a 32” bust and 28” waist.
