Paisley Print Maxi Dress size M

This dress is new never been worn. It says a size medium but fits like a small. The fabric has no stretch and was too small for me in the hips. The waist is shirred so it does stretch and would be a real comfy dress for a smaller person. I ordered it from a website called Toparth. I have included the original picture and the price I paid for it. I am selling for lower just to get some money back.
