Paisley Country Summer Dress

Blue, white, and black paisley summer dress with lace up/adjustable back. Very cute for summer and country concerts! Falls above my knees, but bottom of dress is flowy- top can be tightened with straps to be tighter or loosened to be flowy as well. Only worn once.
