Pair of Westmoreland Milkglass Candle Holders

Set of two vintage Westmoreland milkglass candle holders, in Dolphin (Koi) pattern. On one side of one candle holder, there is (what I think) is some glue, discoloration??? It doesn't seem to be a repair, but I'm not sure. It displays nicely if that side is turned toward the back. I did not try to clean or remove it. Please see last photo posted. There are no other defects noted. 🌟Candle holders are vintage and I do my best to post several photos and provide an accurate description. Please ask any questions you may have!
