Pair of Occupied Japan (1940's) Ceramic Children‎ Figurines

Pre-Owned. In vintage condition. No chips or cracks. Paint is amazingly good for their age. Cute little boy sitting on the rail fence in his cobalt blue shirt and scarf and petting his dog. In her adorable little pinafore, this sweet little girl is holding a basket and a bouquet of flowers. Her little pet duck looks up at her. These figurines would be so cute in a nursery even though they could be vintage decor in any room in the house. 4" Height 3" Length 2" Width This pair of ceramic figurines depicts a charming scene of children and pets from the mid-20th century. The small figurines, measuring 3 inches in length and 4 inches in height, are hand-painted and feature a multicolor design. They are unboxed and retired, making them a unique addition to any room or collection. They were manufactured in Occupied Japan 1945-1951. The figurines are in vintage shape and come with a weight of 4 ounces each.
