Pair of Floating Candle Holders or Rooting Vases

Pair of vintage floating candle holders are can be used for rooting plants. I believe the holder is silver plated. The glass candler holders hold a long taper candle. With the glass container in the stand it measures approimately 10.5 inches tall, out of stand approximately 9.5 inches tall. The base of the stand is approximately 4.25 inches in daimeter. The top of the vial is approximately 3.25 inches in diameter. No breaks or cracks in the glass vial. Stand does show some discoloration which may be corrected with a good polishing.
