Normal wear for age. See photos and video for details. There are worn areas in the finish in keeping with the patina that goes with the age. There’s one tiny chip on bottom where it’s marked in Japan. One vase is marked as shown on bottom. Fragrance and smoke free. Sold as pair only. They were hand painted so no 2 are identical.
