This pair of vintage knife sharpeners with bakelite handles is from around the 1930s to the 1950s. There are no marks to show maker or origin. These are 12 inches long. From 2 different makers or same maker using 2 designs as can be seen in handle difference. Also one has a counter rest and the other does not. The blades are made of hardened steel, designed to realign a knife edge rather than grinding down like a stone sharpener would. From a smoke free home.
