Painting on an 8” Plate by Aim Marks ‘90

An awesome mystery to acquire this detailed picture of one carousel Horse! In perfect condition, the plate measures eight inches across. With a high gloss finish, I’d say the plate would be considered porcelain. The picture was painted on top of the gloss.
