It depicts a mother holding her young child & they are looking out at the ocean from a distance, from the shore. Very calming & emotional piece of artwork. The wooden frame is a deep gray/blue has a few marks. The matte’s front is textured fabric over wooden framing & is stamped Canada on the backside, giving a clue that the artist or coastal imagery may be Canadian.
