Hand Painted. This is a dimensional plaque, with detailed design for trees and landscaping, lighthouse & water in background with sailboat. The plaque has a designed etched cut away all around the front. Measures approximately 8 x 12. Good pre owned condition showing normal wear. A bit of color aging. This has never been hung. The cord to hang is good.
