Brand: Paige Light blue (mantra) ruffle frayed hem lightweight short skirt (missing belt, has 2 thin belt loops for lightweight belts). Front is shorter than back. Ruffle “flap” isn’t sewn down (pictured). Has a semi- hidden working side zipper. Has a small brown stain on the front near the top ruffle. Frayed hems are a part of design. Fits like a S/M (says small), is missing the denim belt it comes with. Good condition. Size small (fits like a S/M). Check pictures for garment material info. Ask for measurements if needed.
