Stunning NWT, Rachel Allan Prima Donna pageant gown sz 10. This stunning gown is covered in stones and has a beautiful train. We added the regular straps and the off the shoulder ones and closed the bust part. All can be removed and reopened. Unfortunately we decided to go with a different look and she never wore it. Gown retails for $1,800. Also have matching custom earrings, never worn that I will include for FREE!!

In one photo, I see the pink netting at the bust, but then in other photos I see that was closed up. Is the pink netting still there or was that removed?
