Royal blue pageant or prom dress. Trumpet style halter top with eye hook closure at the top. Detailed beading throughout and 2 layers of can-can for lift at the bottom. Size 2, fully lined with small train in back. Zipper back and built in cups. Worn 2 times for pageant evening gown competition. Light clean if preferred but not necessary. Excellent condition.
