@knapp57 I would say practically new. I don’t remember wearing them (I felt unsure about the pattern after purchasing them) and if I did, I wore them once. The material still has very good stretch to it, color is not faded, still has shape, there are no holes, tears or snags, they have a wide waistband with great elasticity and compression, and they have a gusseted crotch (triangular shape stitch pattern)
