Reposhing, too small for me. Super cute tartan plaid button up front high waist mini skirt. 13" waist across with an elastic waistband in the back to allow it to stretch to 14.5" comfortably, 15.5" uncomfortably lol.plaid pattern is blue and green with an accent of red, and the buttons are royal blue and functional.
