PacSun High-Waisted Panel Jeans

Skinny jeans with a unique two-tone blue panel/patch design. Hardly worn, no visible signs of wear! Nearly NWOT. Tag says “jeggings” however these feel more like true jeans, with good stretch. Aka thick true denim feel, but with all of the comfort of jeggings. I love these, they’re just too small on me.
