It measures 13.5" (h) x 9.5" (l) x 5.5" (w), it has a 2.5" double handle drop, a plastic inner tube frame, and shiny black dots allover. It's missing about 4 dots along the front, and 1 in the back, but it's not very noticeable. It's in otherwise very good condition! Can also be used as a gift bag basket!
