This is a hand painted with lilies porcelain plate Marked P.T. Germany. It is Tirschenreuth Porcelain. It is an early piece that was white underglaze porcelain imported and painted in the United States in the early 1900s. It is 8.25" in diameter. I do my best to list any defects an item might have.
