This is a navy blue dress from PS PerSeption. It is a size medium. For measurements, the chest is 31 inches, the waist is 29 inches, the hips are 33 inches, from waist to hem is 19 inches, from top to hem is 33 inches, and the straps are 0.5 inches wide. The fabric is very stretchy. It is 92% polyester and 8% spandex, and it is machine washable and dryable. The straps have silver butterfly embellishments with light blue rhinestones, but a lot of the rhinestones have fallen out. The fabric also has some snags.
