PROM DRESS - Darling Black Mini with Bubble Skirt. BONUS jewelry included!

This is such a fun little black dress, spaghetti straps, ruffled neckline, mini length with a bubble skirt. My daughter had originally planned to wear this with lime green heels and lime green jewelry but ended up going with something else. So the dress is new, never worn but with no tag. Size small, brand is Alison and Kelly. Will include the lime green necklace and earrings!
