it's a white skirt with gold jewels around waist with a gold sparkley too with white under. Super cute. Worn ONCE for prom 2016. Size 15, skirt is tighter at waist. It is hemmed at the bottom because I am 5'1" so if you're short it's perfect. I did wear with heals so slightly longer. ****I will dry clean before sending!!****
