It shrunk!!!! Fits my waist (28) but is too short for a size 4/6. Maybe would work for a smaller size as something low waisted and short.

Hey, I know you mentioned the skirt shrunk. I think it would work as low rise. Would you be able to measure the length of the skirt though just to be sure? Thank you!
