This is the #135 sculpture of #295 that was made by Artist "Ron Shrouder" in 93 Kokopelli was known as the God of fertility he would carry babies on his back & while playing his flute he would deliver these babe's to the women who was infertile & unable to have kids of their own. Their have been findings of him in caves &. on the rocks dating back to when the Native Americans had been forced to leave their land some even took time to carve Kokopelli & him playing his flute for hundred's of mile while those & their families migrated through to other areas . kokopelli known as a God to the Native Americans known for his trickery and the playing of his flute & his great delivery of taking from the most fertile females & giving that new life (babies) to those who was unable to conceive, never the less mourning and longing for a child of their own.
