Please read this whole description, and look at photos specifically for accurate description. This bag is in great condition. As you can see in picture #3 the hinge that holds the left side of the top of strap has been unhinged. The strap is still attached since it is perfectly sewn in under the hinges. I called Coach, since they garuntee their bags, and I would have to bring it to a store and have it mailed. It's been over a year and I haven't done it. I would like to note the bag is 100%..

jackie5469 It is 100% still wearable. This has just been sitting in my closet for the past 2 years. I'm taking all reasonable offers..like please don't ask for $5, but I'm taking any. I have more pictures that I can email you if your a serious buyer. There is also a few slight dark spots on the under exterior which can easily be cleaned or unseen when worn. Please don't hesitate to ask questions. I'm taking best offers, I'm just too busy and have a lot more other bags to use for this one to stay. Thank you loves!!
