tayzdee @nicole061281 I no longer have the authenticity card or dust bag. I purchased from a Chanel store, so it's def authentic.However, PM does offer an authenticity guarantee. I posted another pic of inside. There are some pen marks, and has overall dirt.

tayzdee It can be fixed at a shoe repair/cobbler should be inexpensive. I've gotten a grommet died in the past.... believe it was about $10. @darlinblk
