POWER 90 Fat Burning System

This is the whole kit. The first DVD is the only thing ever used and we couldn’t get through that entire thing. Very strenuous. Constant movement. So in this box is….the program guide, a tape measure, a fat burner food plan, a calendar to track your exercise, a 6-day fat burning e press guide, a fat burner express DVD (opened) and a 2-DVD set (unopened, still has plastic wrap) of phases 1-4 of the Beach Body Power 90 Fat Burning System. Whew!! Tired just from putting all that down.
