Said account has been placed under an automated review restriction that allows us to make full financial purchases but completely blocks from communicating with sellers, asking product questions, or making offers. We are legitimate adult buyers who simply wants to use your platform safely. As a loyal user who wants to spend money on your platform, this restriction creates an incredibly unfair and risky experience. Being expected to purchase items blindly without the ability to ask sellers about measurements or condition leaves us highly vulnerable to scams or inaccurate listings. Furthermore, it forces funds into limbo if a seller fails to ship, while simultaneously removing my ability to message them. If account is secure and trusted enough to process financial payments, it should be trusted enough to engage in standard, polite community communication.
