Adjustable tie on inside of skirt to adjust width of drape. Stretchy jersey fabric: 71% breathable polyamide nylon 29% lycra Made in USA. **there are two small marks at chest area where a hot iron made a light burn, see closeup photo. Not readily noticeable when worn. Size 3, equals Large.
