blessedbrideoj @justgigi I can help you with that question...I've been using them since they came out...I started out with super thick hair but now being 64 years old have lost half of it with just age...I've tried all the sizes and the small pony-o's are more for pony tails, not so much volume of height...I use the large to put my long hair in a ponytail on top of my head which gives highth and volume...X-large gives you mega highth but no extra volume ..

blessedbrideoj @huggett5 you put what hair you're wanting to make a ponytail from into the opened, flat bendable rubber tie....slide your hair through the tie then press down on the flat Pony-O..then bend both sides of the tie towards the back creating a secure ponytail...I LOVE these things and will never be without them...they hold my hair PERFECT until I open it up and remove the band ..

justgigi @blessedbrideoj you’re so sweet! Thank you! I inquired about this such a long time ago, but I’m still interested in them. My hair at one point was so heavy, it was down to my bottom. I’ve cut it since then, but am back to growing it out to maybe the middle of my back. I workout a lot, so the issue of how to keep my hair out of my face is still an issue. Doing it without getting a headache is paramount!
